Novu Cycle began as a basic Shopify store but needed transformation into a sophisticated multi vendor platform. The marketplace required seamless role switching, allowing users to both buy and sell. Critical requirements included a secure escrow payment system with flexible payout options for different seller types, automated transaction management, and full compliance with Swiss VAT regulations. The platform had to handle complex marketplace dynamics while maintaining simplicity for users.
